a very rough but heavy collection of old and some revised material from the Pope. Many of these songs carry a sad or somewhat paranoid nature. Some recorded in periods of isolation [at four in the morning as a part of an experiment 'Project Lowlands'-all sessions taking place at exactly the time in which Sad Eyed Lady of the Lowlands was recorded to capture a similar essence and ] and others in fits of rage while staying in numerous halfway houses and treatment centers throughout South Florida, as well as a number of unreleased outtakes and alternate versions of recent demos.
A rare showcase or ''other side'' of Mr. Pope, if you will.
